LORENZ Life Sciences Group processes personally identifiable information only insofar as necessary to provide services to you.
Data processed for the purposes of contacting you about DSM and future RA trends:

- Email address
- Company
Why is your data processed?
Your data is only used to provide those services to you which you have subscribed to.
In the case of LORENZ ID, we will use your data to inform you about new product releases, monthly update summaries or other pieces of information. Please note that you will explicitly have to consent to receive these different categories of information, otherwise you will not receive them.
It is also necessary to process payment information for purchasing anything through our online store. This is necessary in order to perform the transaction. Your details will also be used to send you instructions or license keys, where applicable, after you have purchased anything through our online store.
We will not use your data for any other purpose than stated above.
How is your data processed?
Our marketing department will use the provided data to contact you with new information on DSM or future RA trends if you have given us consent to do so. For that purpose, our marketing department can access the information stored.
For the purpose of delivering e-mails correctly, we disclose the above-mentioned personal data to external order processors with whom we work. These order processors are bound by the same data protection obligations as we are, and they are neither permitted to use your data for their own purposes nor permitted to access it in any other way without permission.
Our external order processors carry out data processing, or have it carried out, in third countries. These transfers are legitimized by a regulatory instrument such as the current EU standard contractual clauses that conforms to the General Data Protection Regulation, guaranteeing that the same level of data protection applicable in the EU is maintained.

In order to process the contact form, we use the FormSubmit service. FormSubmit is a service provided by Devro LABS.

User rights
You as a user have the right to request and receive information about which personal data has been processed about you. You also have the right to rectify incorrect data and to restrict the processing of your data or deletion of your personally identifiable information. If you have any reason to suspect that your data has been processed illegitimately, you have the right to contact the regulatory authorities.
Deletion of data
Insofar as your wish is not in conflict with laws mandating the storage of data, you have the right to delete your data. All data stored by us will be deleted as soon as the purpose for which it was collected is no longer valid. If deletion is not possible due to laws mandating their storage, we will restrict the processing of your data. Your data will then only be processed within the scope of fulfilling legal obligations.

Users of this website may at any time make use of their right to object and object to the processing of their personally identifiable information.
