About the Trainer: Chithra Muthukrishnan is a Senior Consultant and Trainer at LORENZ Life Sciences Group. She has been with the company since 2011 and is currently responsible for Customer Training and Support. She holds an M.Sc. M.Phil. degree in Applied Microbiology. In addition to training and support, she is also responsible for organizing and conducting monthly online webinars, spotlight webinars and What's New webinars.

Dr. Grace Ng-Krülle is Senior Trainer and Lead Regulatory Affairs Specialist. Since 2013 Grace has been responsible for enabling companies to manage medicinal product information and registration tracking. She is subject matter expert on electronic submissions of structured data for XEVMPD/EU-IDMP (SPOR) and on Article 57 compliance, and is actively assisting companies during this transition phase. Grace holds a Ph.D. in IT from the School of Computing and Information Science, University of South Australia and had previously worked in various research focused ICT institutions.
