About the Trainer: Massud Fazelly has been working in the software industry for customers in the pharmaceutical industry for many years. At LORENZ, Massud is responsible for the EU Implementation Services Department, which includes software roll-outs, validation, migrations and other services. In addition to the areas of responsibility mentioned, he takes care of internal training for our international implementation teams and our partners so that they can implement software rollouts independently.
