Our online Help Desk is our dedicated support portal. It is available 24/7 and allows us to manage all your support requests and allows you to track our responses. Should you call us directly, pending on the request, you may find that incident logged there as well. Please use this as your primary support system. It ensures nothing is lost.

LORENZ docuBridge ONE Technical and Live Support docuBridge ONE Technical & Live Support

The ONE product platform has a different support mechanism, which allows you to post technical support issues from within your ONE Homepage, as well as book live support sessions with our experts if you have purchased enough credits to do so. To go there, you need to have purchased docuBridge ONE and will also need to be logged in with your LORENZ ID.
